I’ve been booking with Ziba for a long time now, and honestly, she’s amazing. My family and I always get our tickets through her, and she makes the whole process so easy every single time.

She’s super professional, patient, and always there when we need her. No matter how many questions we have or how last-minute things get, she’s always calm, helpful, and on top of everything.

I would like to share my experience with this travel agency.

My mom was supposed to travel to Iran on January 7. Due to the situation there at the time, she was unable to leave Turkey and continue her journey. Naturally, I was very worried about my 85-year-old mother. When I called the agency, I spoke with them kindly but was quite concerned. They were incredibly patient and did their best to calm me down. They helped us change the flight and guided us through every step.

Unfortunately, my mom was ultimately unable to continue her trip and had to return. When she came back, one of the staff members, Omid, went above and beyond to assist us with getting a refund from the airline. He carefully followed up and kept me updated whenever I contacted him. That truly showed me how much they care about their customers.

They are friendly, professional, and genuinely supportive during stressful situations. I highly recommend this travel agency.
